Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge provides enhanced protection to Microsoft Edge, the default web browser available on Windows 10 in S mode. The app provides an additional layer of security for Windows 10 in S mode devices sold across Australia and New Zealand by extending the protection of Trend Micro’s flagship multi-device consumer security solution, Trend Micro Maximum Security.
Alarmingly, Australians have lost over $51 million from email, internet, and social networking scams just this 2018 alone. Cybercriminals continue to see the Internet as an attractive access point to contact, trick, and prey on unsuspecting consumers. To combat this, Trend Micro Security includes web threat protection, ad-blocking, and a password manager to serve as additional defense for these threats.
